Since 1978, the Heidger KG Institute has been a recognized company in the field of quality management and quality assurance for wine and spirits. With 16 highly qualified employees, we offer a comprehensive range of services. This includes analytical and sensory laboratory services, problem solutions as well as expert advice in product development, manufacturing and processing.

Our analysis methods are regularly secured by participating in ring tests and laboratory comparison examinations. Since February 2005, the Heidger KG Institute has been one of the first laboratory providers in the area of wine and spirits in Germany according to DIN EN ISO 17025: 2005. The reaccreditation was successfully carried out in the second half of 2016. We are currently accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018.

With our new company headquarters in Osann-Monzel, in the heart of the “Mosel” wine-growing area, the Institute Heidger KG enjoys an outstanding reputation from manufacturers, trade and service companies.
